At both shops — general advice over the counter, no appointment, no charge.

Tell our naturopath what you're after and they'll talk it through with you, and make up a blend for you from the jars behind the counter.

This is basic advice given over the counter while they work — not a booked session or a consultation. When the shop is busy they may not be free to talk, so it depends on the day.

Both Brunswick and Northcote have one, though they're not in every day. If you're making the trip specially, ring the shop first and ask who's in.

What to expect

Where: Both shops — Brunswick and Northcote.
When: Not every day — ring the shop to check who's in. No appointment needed.
What it is: Basic advice over the counter.
What it costs: Nothing. The advice comes with the shop.
Dried herbs: Loose, by weight. Blended to order from the jars behind the counter.
Herbal tinctures: These need a prescription from a practitioner — we can't sell them over the counter without one.
